- Booking in seconds. You choose the technology, day, and time. Before confirming, you will see the session duration and the cost in units or PLN.
- Payment without leaving the app. BLIK, card, Google Pay, or bank transfer via Przelewy24.
- VAT invoice immediately. After paying for the session, the invoice is sent via email and appears in the My payments tab, ready for download as a PDF.
- Membership under control. Unit balance, session history, and bookings up to 14 days in advance for members.
- Your devices. You can connect the Nexeltron Ring and Band to the app via Bluetooth, without using the manufacturer's app.
- Also without membership. You can create a profile for free and book a single session at an available time.
Nexeltron AI
An assistant who knows the club and your plan.
Nexeltron AI has access to your membership, unit balance, session history, and club calendar. You ask in plain language, and get a concrete proposal.
- Available dates. Tell us how much time you have, and AI will show you the available sessions.
- Balance and cost. Check how many units you have and how much the selected session costs.
- Club rules. Membership, cancellation, purchasing additional units, orientation before the first session.
- You decide. The reservation is only confirmed once you have verified it in the app.
On the way: integrating data from Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, and Google Health, with your consent. Nexeltron AI does not provide diagnoses and is not a substitute for a doctor.
Ring and Band
Data on recovery also between visits.
The devices connect directly to the Nexeltron App via Bluetooth. Measurements are sent to your profile with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Nexeltron Ring
Sleep tracking with stages, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, skin temperature, and activity. Titanium casing; the manufacturer claims up to 7 days of battery life on a single charge.
Nexeltron Band
Sleep, activity, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, and touch-activated single-lead ECG. Screenless, with a manufacturer-claimed battery life of over 15 days.
The first 100 club members will receive a Ring or Band as a gift. The devices are intended for wellness monitoring, not medical diagnosis.

Nexeltron OS
The system the club runs on.
Nexeltron OS handles all facility operations. The same system is provided to partners who launch a Nexeltron zone in their hotel, fitness club, or spa.
- Positions and calendar. Availability of each workstation, session duration, technical breaks, booking limits.
- Memberships and units. Monthly pools, additional units, transfers, suspensions.
- Payments and invoices. Przelewy24 and automatic VAT invoices, with a preview of each transaction in the panel.
- Instructions and consents. Confirmation of training for each technology, consent for data from devices.
- Customer devices. Ring and Band assigned to the account, battery status and last sync.

Questions about the platform
Is the application free?
Yes. You can create a profile in the Nexeltron App for free. You only pay for sessions or membership.
Can I use it without a membership?
Yes. Without a membership, you can book individual sessions at available times and pay for them in the app.
What payment methods are available?
BLIK, card, Google Pay, and bank transfer via Przelewy24. After payment, you will receive a VAT invoice.
What happens to the data from the ring or band?
Measurements are added to your Nexeltron profile only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent in the app.
Can a business partner use the platform?
Yes. We deploy Nexeltron OS, App, and AI in partner zones along with the devices. We determine the scope of features for each facility.
