A network of longevity clubs that already has its own system.
Nexeltron is developing three areas: private longevity clubs, equipment sales, and proprietary software. We are opening our first club in Poznań in March 2027. The Poznań clubs are being developed by the company Nexeltron Poznań.
Investors are not funding a concept on paper. Nexeltron OS, Nexeltron App, and Nexeltron AI are operational, and the membership model, pricing, and equipment suppliers are already established.

Project status
What is already working.
The biggest risk for wellness projects is the software and the sales model. At Nexeltron, both elements are ready before the first club opens.
Revenue model
Membership 1,050 PLN per month for 30 units, single sessions according to the price list, additional units, equipment sales at the club.

An investor may enter one or several locations. A detailed budget, financing options, and a P&L model will be presented after the initial meeting.
- Investor contributes the agreed capital for the preparation and launch of the location.
- Nexeltron contributes the brand, know-how, execution, supervision, and software (OS, App, AI) that manages the club and member engagement.
- Equipment financing Some of the equipment (including hyperbaric chambers, cryotherapy, and AI massage) can be refinanced through leasing.
- Terms Contributions, equity stakes, profit distribution, and exit terms are determined individually prior to the execution of the agreement.
