Nexeltron zone at the partner's facility

What does implementation look like

From discussing the facility to launching the zone.

Six stages and specific decisions for your hotel, fitness club, SPA, office building, or residential investment. Configuration depends on the facility, users, and session sales model. We confirm the scope of supplies, works, and support in our offer and contract.

Let's talk about your property.

01 / Object analysis

Is the object suitable for implementation?

We assess the site's potential and how the zone is actually used before we select the equipment.

What we are checking or performing

We are checking the facility type, users, surface area, zone access, session sales method, and actual capacity. We are also verifying the preliminary delivery and service route.

What does the partner provide?

It provides the floor plan, dimensions, information about users, operating hours, building communication, and the planned sales model.

Stage result

A preliminary decision on whether the premises have potential, what limitations need to be verified, and whether we should proceed to the concept stage.

A ground floor is not a requirement. A higher floor is possible if the transport of equipment, elevator, load-bearing capacity, service access, and other logistics allow for it.

02 / Concept and configuration

What zone range are we choosing?

We match the rooms, equipment, and operating methods to the capabilities of the facility and the planned offer.

What we are checking or performing

We propose the layout, number of stations, flow of people, and configuration of selected technologies. HBOT means hard-shell chambers. Halotherapy requires a separate room and is a separate session.

What does the partner provide?

Confirms the user group, revenue and service model, technological priorities, available budget, and architectural constraints.

Stage result

Initial zone configuration and scope for quotation, along with a list of technical conditions to be confirmed.

AI robotic massage, NanoVi / Cellular Recovery, and PEMF are in the pipeline. We do not include them in the standard implementation.

03 / Cooperation model

How will we be working together?

Once the scope has been defined, we select the method of investment and management for the zone. The following options serve as a starting point for individual arrangements.

Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the location

Joint venture for a specific facility. Contributions, ownership of equipment, management, profit sharing, and exit terms are determined on an individual basis.

Franchise — model in preparation

A partner-operated zone under the Nexeltron brand. Brand standards, fees, and the scope of systems and support require development and a separate agreement.

Construction of the technology zone

The partner manages a zone at their facility. We are currently coordinating the selection and delivery of equipment, as well as the exact scope of implementation, configuration, and Nexeltron support services.

Decision: We are selecting the zone scope and cooperation model as the basis for the individual proposal and the division of responsibilities.

04 / Preparation and delivery

What needs to be prepared before installation?

We establish technical requirements for selected devices, and then assign tasks and documents to the parties.

What we are checking or performing

We confirm the delivery route and unloading, dimensions and load capacity, power supply, ventilation, fire safety conditions, and access for personnel and service. For cryotherapy, we are planning the logistics for nitrogen delivery.

What does the partner provide?

Provides facility documentation, access to measurements, and agreed-upon premises preparation. Designates a decision-maker and the contractors for their side.

Stage result

Approved specification, work breakdown, agreed delivery route, and confirmation of site readiness for equipment installation.

Construction design, permits, adaptations, and installations are assigned in the agreement. Not every facility requires infrastructure for every technology.

05 / Installation and startup

What is ready for pickup before takeoff?

After preparing the premises, we carry out the installation, configuration, and testing according to the approved scope.

What we are checking or performing

We install and verify the devices covered by the agreement. We configure the agreed-upon Nexeltron OS features and test session flow, access, and reservations if they are part of the deployment.

What does the partner provide?

Provides agreed access to the facility, installation, personnel, and authorized recipients. Confirms daily operating procedures.

Stage result

Testing and acceptance protocol: devices, safety, access, session policies, and digital functions within the scope. Start date upon readiness confirmation.

We configure Nexeltron OS, App, and AI functions within the agreed scope. We launch integrations with partner systems upon agreement and testing.

06 / Maintenance and development

How does the zone work after opening?

We are establishing daily operations, technical support requests, and the method for evaluating zone utilization.

What we are checking or performing

Within the agreed scope, we provide or coordinate support for devices and the system. We analyze workstation utilization and potential changes to the offering.

What does the partner provide?

He carries out the activities assigned to him in the contract, provides user support, and reports issues according to the agreed procedure.

Stage result

Post-launch action plan: responsible parties, reporting method, service terms, and timeline for results review and potential expansion.

The scope of service, response times, parts, consumables, and system development require separate arrangements in a specific offer.

Clear division of tasks

Who is responsible for the individual tasks?

Nexeltron

We are preparing an analysis and proposing a technology configuration and operating model. The scope of equipment supply, coordination, system configuration, testing, and subsequent support is defined by the offer and the agreement.

Property partner

Provides data and the facility for assessment, specifies the usage and sales model, approves the budget, and ensures agreed-upon access, decisions, and site preparation. Responsibility for permits and ongoing maintenance is determined prior to signing the contract.

Designers and contractors

The construction design, required permits, adaptation, installations, and final inspections can be handled by the partner or designated contractors. We specify the assignment of each task, document, and inspection in the agreed scope.

Delivery and commissioning schedules, maintenance, consumables, and the level of support depend on the selected equipment, site readiness, suppliers, and contractual provisions. We do not assume a uniform scope for every implementation.

Digital layer

Partner zone integrated with the Nexeltron ecosystem.

Nexeltron OS, Nexeltron App, and Nexeltron AI are ready-made components of the ecosystem. In the partner zone, we configure profile, access, reservation, and session management functions according to the selected operating model. Nexeltron App serves as the interface for the entire ecosystem; using the partner zone is one of its applications. The scope of integration with facility systems is determined individually and tested prior to launch.

Let's talk about the implementation

Let's check the capabilities of your facility.

Please describe what the facility is, where it is located, how much space can be allocated for the zone, and who is intended to use it. We will then determine the first step of the analysis together.
