HOW IT WORKS
From membership to session.
You start with a basic Membership, build your own monthly plan, and book sessions for selected technologies in the Nexeltron App. Each month, you decide for yourself how to use your pool of Nexeltron Units.

ACTIVATE MEMBERSHIP
You are joining a 12-month Membership for 1,050 PLN per month. You receive 30 new Nexeltron Units each month and a 90-day membership guarantee.

BUILD YOUR PLAN
Nexeltron AI helps establish a rhythm for using technology, and you choose and book sessions in the Nexeltron App. Once you have used your base allowance, you can purchase additional Units for 45 PLN per unit in the Nexeltron App, up to a total pool of 100 units per billing period; exceeding 100 units requires confirmation of availability by the club.

BOOK A SESSION
In the Nexeltron App, you can check available dates and book sessions for selected technologies up to 14 days in advance.

USE THE TECHNOLOGY
You arrive at your scheduled time and use the session in accordance with the rules applicable to the given technology.

MANAGE YOUR POOL
In the application, you can check your used and available Units, future reservations, and session history.
BOOKINGS AND AVAILABILITY
Members book in advance.
Nexeltron members can book sessions in the Nexeltron App up to 14 days in advance. To prevent one person from blocking an excessive number of future slots, each technology has a limit on the number of simultaneously active future bookings. This is not a monthly usage limit.

RESERVATIONS UP TO 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE
In the Nexeltron App, you check technology availability and select a convenient time. Members get calendar access earlier than those booking individual sessions.

LIMITS ON ACTIVE FUTURE RESERVATIONS
You can have a maximum of the following at one time: 2 × HBOT 3 × CRYO 4 × Red Light 4 × FLOW 2 × Contrast Once a session is completed, your limit spot is released immediately, and you can book another appointment for that technology right away.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel a session at least 6 hours in advance, Nexeltron Units will be returned to your pool. For later cancellations or no-shows, Units will be charged as for a completed session.

WHEN A SLOT BECOMES AVAILABLE
If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you can enable a notification for when a spot opens up. Once a booking is cancelled, you will receive an alert and can book the newly available time.
SINGLE SESSIONS FOR NON-MEMBERS
Sessions starting from 12:00 PM may be made available to non-members 6 hours before the start time. Sessions starting before 12:00 PM may be made available from 6:00 PM on the previous day. Always subject to spare capacity after ensuring availability for members.

Select a session and an available time slot.
In the app, you check the availability of the technology, choose a convenient time, and see the cost before confirming the booking.

The Nexeltron App integrates Membership, Units, reservations, and session history. Nexeltron AI uses this context to help plan your next sessions, build consistency, and better align your recovery rhythm with your day.

Nexeltron AI helps you plan future sessions based on your goals, usage history, and technology availability. Eventually, it may also utilize data from supported sources, such as Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, and Nexeltron devices.
Nexeltron App, Nexeltron AI, and Nexeltron OS function as a single system.
The app is the Member interface, Nexeltron AI is the personalized guidance layer, and Nexeltron OS manages membership, bookings, technology availability, and location operations.

NEXELTRON MEMBERSHIP
Start with 30 Nexeltron Units per month.
Membership includes 30 new Nexeltron Units for PLN 1,050 per month. This is a flexible technology pool that you use according to your plan — there is no requirement to use all 30 units. Nexeltron AI helps you build a regular routine, and you manage your bookings in the Nexeltron App.
