RETURNS
Your purchases at Nexeltron are risk-free. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it.
- Returns deadline : you have 14 days from receipt of the shipment to request a return.
- Product condition : The returned product must be complete, in its original condition and packaging.
- Return costs : are borne by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- Refund : Once your parcel has been received and inspected, your money will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days to the same payment method you used to place your order.
How to report a return :
1. Complete the Returns Form
Download and complete the Returns Form. Make sure all information is correct and legible.
2. Prepare the shipment
Pack the product along with the completed Returns Form. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use.
3. Report the return in the Customer Panel.
After logging in, select the product to return.
4. Sending a refund.
After submitting your report, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to send your return parcel using the Quick Returns service.
Clearly mark the 10-digit returns code on the prepared package (you can even write it down with a marker or pen). There should be no shipping label on the package that could mislead the courier.
5. Send your parcel via InPost Parcel Lockers.
