COMPLAINT

If a defect is found in a product purchased in the Nexeltron store, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under the warranty, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code (Article 556 et seq.). The Seller's liability period for product defects is 2 years from the date of delivery to the Customer.

How to file a complaint:

  1. Prepare a brief description of the defect and, if possible, attach photos or a video of the problem.
  2. Include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, invoice or receipt).

  4. Or send the product along with a description of the defect and contact details to the complaint address:

Deadline for consideration of complaints:

Complaints are considered immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.

The Customer will be informed about the outcome of the complaint procedure by e-mail or telephone.

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one or, if this is not possible, a refund will be issued.
